School Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Community Autism Services (CAS), a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is actively looking to add the right Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to our stellar team of Behavioral Consultants in our school-based branch. We are committed to investing heavily into professional development, clinical support, and regular on-site supervision. This is a full-time position with positions servicing school branches in the Franklin, NH area.You will have access to a community of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)/Clinical Supervisors who share similar values and genuinely care about making a positive impact. We provide clear expectations for your role and offer guidance on how to thrive as a leader and contributor aligned with our company's mission and values.We have established, long-term relationships with school districts where you will be able to help shape the skills of teachers, case managers, and paraprofessionals for optimal outcomes for students across a range of diagnoses. Additionally, the work you do will build from year to year as you see your efforts come to fruition.We also offer the opportunity to supervise our ABA Instructors who are placed full-time in districts with weekly BCBA support. Their work facilitates more advanced programming and higher levels of training for school personnel to help the district reach their goals more efficiently. The work is as interesting and challenging as it is rewarding. We are recruiting broadly for this position because we are looking for a great match to the culture and skills of our team.Pay: $68,000 - $85,000 per year Ask us about our SIGN-ON BONUS!Qualifications and Skills: BCBA or BCBA-D requiredMaster's degree in Psychology, Special Education or a related field (MS in ABA preferred)Minimum of two to three years of consultative experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis preferredExperience supervising staff and training parentsExcellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skillsKnowledge of assessment, reporting (ex.
