Desktop Support Engineer | Leading Asset Management | Boston, MA (hybrid)Overview:This leading Asset Management Firm local to Boston is looking for a seasoned Desktop Support Engineer to handle high level escalations from tier 1 and tier 2 support members. The firm is primarily a Windows environment, alongside AWS cloud. In this role, you will support their Windows 10/11 environment, as well as handle Active Directory and O365.Responsibilities:Advanced troubleshooting within Windows systemsRemote and on site user support for internal teamsAct as escalation point for tier 1 and tier 2 support members apart of the teamWindows System AdministrationAssist with technical training and assistance to junior engineersFacilitate system upgrades and migrations Requirements:5-7+ years of Desktop or Technical Support experienceAdvanced experience with Windows 10/11Experience working with O365, Active DirectoryPowershell scripting experienceTicket Management experience (ServiceNow)Communication skills a must!No C2C
