Client Accounting Services Supervisor

Position OverviewThe Client Accounting Services Supervisor will oversee the delivery of high-quality outsourced accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is responsible for managing a team of accountants, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and fostering strong client relationships to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and mentor a team of client accounting professionals to ensure quality service delivery.Manage client relationships, addressing inquiries and providing expert advice on accounting matters.Review and approve financial statements and reports prepared by the accounting team.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in client accounting services.Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery to clients.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting or outsourced accounting services.Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
