Junior Strategic Accounts Manager Our Sales team is looking for a motivated strategic thinker and team player to join their crew as a Strategic Accounts Manager! In this role, you'll help drive sustainable sales growth by using your analytical, relationship-building, and business management skills to support key accounts, especially within department stores. If you're eager to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, have a passion for retail, and enjoy collaborating cross-functionally, we want to hear from you!Depending on your location, this position can be Hybrid or Fully Remote.Key Areas of Responsibility:Build, maintain, and enhance strategic relationships with key department store accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and that the brand is positioned as a trusted and valuable partner.Assist in developing and executing tailored sales strategies to achieve year-over-year growth at assigned accounts.Monitor KPIs and sales performance, identifying new opportunities and resolving challenges proactively to maximize revenue and profitability.Create, communicate, and align account-level forecasts with market trends and business goals.Collaborate with merchandising and production to ensure forecasts are accurate, realistic, and aligned with customer needs.Partner with buying teams to optimize product assortment, pricing strategies, and replenishment to meet market demand.Work closely with sales operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure the timely flow of products to accounts, minimizing disruptions.Monitor financial performance and manage risks, coordinating with Finance to resolve any potential issues.Identify and explore new business opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Director to increase brand presence and expand market share in department stores.Analyze sales reports and consumer trends, providing actionable insights to improve performance and guide future strategy.Collaborate with merchandisers and store managers to enhance in-store product visibility and optimize the customer experience.Participate in market week planning and execution, working with cross-functional teams to prepare for buyer meetings.Conduct store visits and product knowledge training sessions as needed to deliver product training, gather feedback, and ensure brand consistency and compliance at the retail level.Knowledge & Skill Requirements:2-5 years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or retail business development, preferably within department store channels or consumer goods.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in sales forecasting tools, reporting software, and ERP systems (e.g., Skypad, NuORDER, Excel).Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.A passion for the brand, customer-centric mindset, and a drive to contribute to the company's success.To apply, please email your resume to Human Resources at careers@ We look forward to hearing from you!
