Previous nursing management experience preferred. Demonstrated leadership ability and potential managerial competency. Evidence of this includes, but is not limited to, effective communication skills, ability to deal well with people, to problem solve, to confront/resolve issues, to motivate others, to plan, organize, and direct the activities of others.LICENSURECurrent registration as RN in the state of Rhode Island.
