Job Description:Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal complaints (i.e. joint paint, tendon/ligament injuries, concussions, low back pain, neck pain/headaches)Determine and adhere to a treatment plan with follow-upConsult patients on topics such as injury prevention, proper nutrition/diet and sleep to assist them in making informed decisions and taking control of their overall health and longevityDocument evaluation and treatments appropriately and in accordance with medical billing guidelinesOrder and interpret the results of lab tests and diagnostic imagingIf interested in HRT: Provide personalized care to patients to aid in balancing hormones back to their optimal levels through hormone replacement therapyPerform ancillary services (Class IV laser, Food Inflammation Testing, PEMF mat, InBody scanner, Weight-Loss Protocols, etc.) as neededProvide excellent customer service to all patientsLearn and operate the electronic medical health records system (drChrono)Make outgoing calls and answer emails as neededAnticipate and proactively maintain/order medical supplies (i.e. vitamins, medical supplies, etc.)Have knowledge and be able to explain our services to patients and potential clientsPromote branding for yourself as a provider and contribute in creating content for social media marketing purposesCommunicate effectively with owners and team membersAid in general office maintenance and cleaningAlways represent Regeneration Pittsburgh in a professional and respectful mannerQualifications:Current Pennsylvania Physician Assistant license2 years of experience in musculoskeletal treatments preferred but not necessaryPrior experience and/or potential interest in female Hormone Replacement TherapyBasic computer skills required; experience with Microsoft applications and various EMR programs preferred Ability to communicate effectively, compassionately, and clearly with patients (and other external parties) in a courteous manner alwaysDetail-oriented and highly organizedWillingness to learn the practice servicesMust be able to maintain patient and practice confidentialityBenefits / Perks: 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday)104 hours Paid Time Off (pro-rated for the first year)6 Paid Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas --- or other respective religious observance)Malpractice InsuranceYearly allowance and time allotted for CMEVoluntary Group Health Insurance401K Retirement Plan with a 3% safe harbor non-elective discretionary profit-sharing (1-year waiting period)Voluntary Legal Shield / ID ShieldEmployee and immediate family discounts on a majority of our services
