SUMMARY:LEDVANCE is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Administrator. This position will serve as a support to the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruitment activities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts through exceptional communication and organization skills.As the Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will be the primary liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will assist in ensuring the process for both candidates and hiring managers is continuous and communicative.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Assist with posting jobs on LinkedIn and other sources.Review and download candidates from LinkedIn, Company's career page, and other sources for consideration of Talent Acquisition Manager and/or hiring manager.Prescreen selected candidates, schedule interviews for hiring managers and other stakeholders, and secure feedback post interview.Act as a liaison between the candidate and company and communicate their candidacy status or next steps in the process.Assist with the onboarding administrative duties.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree preferred.1+ years of recruitment experience including candidate liaison and candidate sourcing for sales and/or business positions.Strong organizational skills required.Excellent communication skills required.Solid Microsoft Office with experience in Word and ExcelExperience with LinkedIn or similar preferred.OTHER: The anticipated assignment length is 6 months.The role will be 20 - 30 hours per week, preferably Monday - Friday, 4+ hours per day.There is remote work available, but in-office requirement will be 2-3 days or as needed for on-site interview coordination. This is a contract assignment and you will be an employee of a selected 3rd party agency.
