Regional Accounting Manager

We provide premier asphalt recycling, soil stabilization, and heavy haul transportation services throughout the United States.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Regional Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations in multiple regions. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that the financial records are accurate, timely, and comply with regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a team of accountants and oversee all aspects of the accounting departmentEnsure accurate completion of transactional accounting processes, including AP, AR, and GLMonitor financial records to ensure compliance with US GAAP and other regulatory requirementsPrepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsLead the audit process, including preparation of schedules and supporting documentationManage tax filings and compliance with all tax laws and regulationsAssist with acquisition integrations and consolidation of financial recordsMonitor job profitability and provide financial forecasts to senior managementDevelop and track KPIs to measure the success of the accounting departmentImplement and maintain internal controls and policies to ensure compliancePrepare backlog reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvementProficient in ComputerEase and other ERP systems a plusQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA or equivalent certification requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in green-technology industryStrong knowledge of transactional accounting processes and financial recordsExperience with audits, tax filings, and consolidation of financial recordsExperience with acquisition integrations and job profitability analysisStrong financial forecasting skillsProficient in US GAAP and other regulatory requirementsExperience with implementing and maintaining internal controls and policiesStrong communication and management skillsBenefitsPTO401(K)Medical InsuranceVision InsuranceDental InsuranceBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
