This role requires a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of our brand voice to engage and inspire our audience.Reports to: Director of Customer ExperienceKey Responsibilities:Create clear, persuasive, and original copy for marketing materials, including emails, paid media, websites, and organic social.Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to develop cohesive and effective messaging strategies.Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.Optimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility and engagement.Monitor and analyze the performance of copy and campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in copywriting and content marketing.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.5+ years of experience in copywriting or content creation, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles and formats.Excellent command of the English language, with exceptional grammar and editing skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using content management systems and basic knowledge of SEO principles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
