With a focus on vigorous and aggressive representation, the firm combines the power of a winning team with the agility to respond quickly and incisively to every problem, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with clients' business goals.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal with 3 to 7 years of law firm experience and demonstrated ability to tackle pending cases at any point within the litigation process. Our Litigation Paralegals play a major role supporting trial partners and associates defending companies in personal injury and property loss matters on a regional and national basis.Responsibilities include working with case teams and handling daily case management and administration, drafting various legal documents, investigative research, and trial preparation. Familiarity with highly sensitive content and courtroom exposure is a plus.Skills include superior written and oral communication, outstanding organization, attention to detail, and concrete knowledge of court rules, processes, and defense work. Abilities include working with minimal supervision, thinking independently, handling multiple priorities, and meeting aggressive deadlines.Strong PC/MS Word skills required. Document management software and billing or time entry experience a plus. BA/BS or paralegal certificate preferred.
