Position Overview:As an experienced and senior level Analog Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing analog electrical systems and components for a variety of applications, including defense, space, and commercial aviation. You will work closely with a team of engineers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, reliable, and innovative solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop analog circuits and systems for various applications, including power supply, motor drive, servo control, and instrumentation.Perform requirements analysis, documentation, and validation testing to ensure compliance with project specifications and customer needs.Utilize tools such as DOORS, Hyperlynx, PSpice, and MathCAD for simulation, signal integrity analysis, and stress analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the design meets performance, cost, and schedule requirements.Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers on analog design principles.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to circuit design, EMI, timing, and electro-static discharge.Conduct design reviews and participate in the development of design standards and processes.Create and maintain documentation for design, testing, and validation activities.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate new technologies into designs.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.10+ years of experience in analog design for military applications, preferably with a focus on electro-optical or instrument design.Strong proficiency in analog design principles and tools such as DOORS, Hyperlynx, PSpice, and MathCAD.Experience with low noise, low jitter, and high-reliability design for applications such as focal plane arrays, position measurement, and thermal control.Knowledge of component modeling, validation testing, and requirement documentation.Proficient in simulation and analysis tools such as Matlab, ORCAD, and Allegro.Experience with analog processing, fine positioning sensing, and low-level detector design.May I please request you fill out the short Self Assessment questions in the application?
