Our company at LHH is looking for a Branch Manager to join their growing team!Job Summary:The Branch Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations of the plumbing branch, ensuring efficient operation, excellent customer service, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership and operational expertise, with a focus on sales growth, team development, inventory management, and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience in the plumbing or construction supply industry and a proven track record of managing a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:Branch Operations:Manage the daily operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow.Ensure operational efficiency by monitoring inventory levels, managing supply orders, and overseeing equipment maintenance.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take necessary actions to achieve performance goals.Team Leadership and Development:Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff, including sales representatives, plumbers, and support staff.Conduct regular training and performance reviews to ensure team members are developing their skills and adhering to company standards.Foster a positive and productive work environment to ensure team satisfaction and reduce turnover.Customer Service and SalesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and service levels exceed expectations.Drive sales and growth initiatives by actively promoting products and services to new and existing clients.Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Financial Performance:Manage branch budget, including revenue, expenses, and profit targets.Implement strategies to increase profitability through cost control, sales growth, and operational efficiency.Prepare and present financial reports to upper management, providing insights on branch performance.Health, Safety, and Compliance:Ensure that all branch operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Oversee safety training and ensure that all team members follow proper protocols to maintain a safe working environment.Address any compliance issues and take corrective action when necessary.Vendor and Supplier Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of products.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize branch profitability and efficiency.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the plumbing, construction, or building materials industry.Strong knowledge of plumbing products, services, and industry standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to drive profitability.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer and operational challenges.Proficiency in inventory management and CRM software is a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Salary Range - $90,000 - $100,000
