PositionCarrier Sales RepresentativePosition Type: Remote (currently)Location: Buffalo, NYCompensation: 60,000-70,000 plus incentives Overview: Our client is a small, family owned 3PL and is seeking an experienced carrier sales person/logistics coordinator to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be a key part of their expansion into the US Market.Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the transportation of domestic freight, including full truckloads, LTL, drayage, and reefer shipments.Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers to secure capacity and competitive rates.Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.Utilize TMS to track shipments and optimize logisticsWork independently in a remote office environmentQualifications:Minimum 3 years experience in transportation brokerage or logistics coordinationStrong knowledge of domestic transportation modes.Familiarity with rail and international freight transportation is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.Self motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Proficient in using TMS softwarePassport
