This role will provide treatment services to individuals with complex needs and engage in case consultations to ensure appropriate clinical collaboration, support, and professional development opportunities. Services may be provided in person or via telehealth, dependent upon client preference and clinical appropriateness. Individual, group, or family services are provided in an assigned treatment program, office, or community-based settings (including homes, schools, and other community settings). This role is expected to be successful in treatment of moderate and high acuity cases and to engage in case consultation when treating high acuity cases.Required Qualifications & Experience:Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.Independently licensed through the State of Ohio as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or a Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT).Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant. (Training will be provided, if not already certified).At least two years of experience working with people with mental health conditions.At least one year of experience working with people with autism spectrum disorders and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.Personal vehicle to transport clients as needed.Able to pass training to become certified to provide physical intervention as neededValid driver's license and insurable driving record, if applicable.Supervisory Duties:This position will provide administrative supervision for other therapists and case managers on the Integrated Care Team.
