We'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about network security and infrastructure!Key Responsibilities:Lead Networking InitiativesServe as the networking lead for the Security Operations Center (SOC) and infrastructure team.Security Monitoring and MaintenanceMonitor and maintain the organization's perimeter and endpoint security, ensuring robust defenses against threats.Networking Equipment ManagementConfigure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, IPS, WAFload balancers, and other networking devices.Troubleshoot Network IssuesSupport complex network and infrastructure issues, ensuring optimal performance and capacityServer ManagementTroubleshoot, manage, and provision Windows Servers (2016/2022) in physical and virtualized environments.Upgrades and Patch ManagementPlan and implement upgrades, patches, and security updates for applications and infrastructure equipment.Proactive MonitoringUse monitoring tools and checklists to ensure network infrastructure meets business needs, identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate.Outage MinimizationTroubleshoot system failures quickly to minimize service interruptions, providing root cause analysis for any outages.Cross-Department CollaborationCommunicate and collaborate with internal and external technology teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.On-Call RotationParticipate in a monthly on-call rotation (1-week per month) to provide support during critical times.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in network administration with Cisco hardware (switches, firewalls, routers).Strong expertise in supporting LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, IPSEC tunnels, MPLS WAN, EPL WAN, and routing protocols such as OSPF and BGPProven experience in building and administeringCisco ASA firewalls and F5 Load BalancersExpertise in maintaining and supporting Cisco Firepower and F5 ASM (WAF)Experience with SIEM platforms like Splunk for monitoring network and system logs.Hands-on experience with threat detectionvulnerability scanningpenetration testing, and other security-related tasks.Additional Qualifications (3+ years of experience):Microsoft-based infrastructure support: Windows Servers, Active Directory, SQL, IIS, and File ServicesExperience with virtualization technologies, particularly VMware vSphere and Nutanix AHVKnowledge of security management for users, roles, and security groups.Familiarity with end-user remote access solutions like VPN, SSL VPN, and CitrixRelevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are highly desired.Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:Experience working in highly regulated healthcare, finance, or insurance environmentsExposure to cloud VoIP solutions and other cloud-based technologies.Familiarity with NIST 800-53 compliance frameworks, ISO27001, HITRUST, MARS-E, and SSAE16/18Why Join Us?Key Role in Network SecurityYou'll be a central figure in protecting the organization's critical infrastructure and ensuring its optimal performance.Challenging ProjectsTackle various networking and security challenges, from system upgrades to complex issue troubleshooting.Professional GrowthGain hands-on experience with the latest security and networking technologies, including cloud and virtualization platforms.If you are a Network Security Engineer passionate about network infrastructuresecurity systems, and high-availability solutions, apply now and take the next step in your career with us!
