Position OverviewThis position supports the scientific planning and execution of one or more clinical trials or significant aspects thereof. In this position, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your technical skills, and scientific acumen as part of a global, cross-functional team. Responsible for leading specific aspects of clinical/scientific execution of clinical protocol(s). ResponsibilitiesServe as clinical scientist on the clinical trial teamSupport the medical monitoring team in review and interpretation of clinical data and medical protocol deviationsProvide data review per Data Review Guideline to ensure high-quality data of the study on an ongoing basisCollaborate cross-functionally in the development of study protocol and related study materials (e.g., ICF documents/amendments); Partner with Clinical Operations on study deliverablesProvide study related data to support regulatory documents (e.g., investigator brochure)Ensure CRF design supports data collection in alignment with the protocol in collaboration with Data Management/ProgrammingSupport site initiation activities and interactions with site staffCollaborate cross-functionally to monitor clinical data to ensure quality, completeness, and integrity of trial conductSupport investigator meeting(s), IDMC meeting(s) and thought leader interactionsQualificationsDegree in life sciences (such as medicine, pharmacy, biology) with at least 3-years' experience in clinical research/development required. Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD or Master's Degree) with at least 2-years' experience in clinical oncology research/development preferred, but not required.Solid knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements (e.g., GCP and ICH).Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with good planning, time management and prioritization skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret clinical trial data and synthesize conclusions.Interact with key stakeholders across department, division, and company to achieve study goals with high quality and during the agreed time.
