Duties: Support marketing team to effectively achieve goals.Provide input to the marketing team to improve processesFollow up calls to businesses, brokers, and agencies. Respond to broker inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and other questions via phone, online video conferences, and email. Develop and maintain broker relationships.Assist with inbound calls from brokers and agenciesInput new brokers and agencies into CRMSubmit carrier links via the portal.Requirements for the role: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business. Ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly. Social media marketing experience is a plus.Microsoft office and data entry skills required.
