Right of Way SpecialistLocation: Greensburg, PAJob type and Duration: Contract to HireOur client is looking to hire a Right of Way Specialist to join their team in Greensburg, PA.The Right of Way Specialist's responsibilities include:They are looking for an Assist / Staff ROW, but with Railroad Permitting experience.Analyze, prepare, review, and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licensesComplete rights and restriction reviewsResearch and review of real property-related documentsUnderstand and interpret easement agreementsSupport translation of data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management databaseComplete quality assurance reviews of stakeholder management database entries from Right of Way field agentsCompile technical data to be presented to the Right of Way project teamSupport project managers, design engineers, environmental consultants, GIS mapping specialists, vegetation management team, Right of Way managers, and real estate coordinators as requiredAttend and participate in public open houses as requestedSupport Client needs as directedEfficient at working independently as well as in a team environmentManage and oversee several projects at onceJob Requirements: Bachelor's degree or applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirementStrong attention to detailGood verbal and written communication skillsProficient in working with spreadsheets and other task-tracking softwareCapable of working with diverse skill sets in fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam player focused on Client serviceWell-organized and able to simultaneously pursue and track multiple project effortsExperience with Google Earth and familiarity with construction drawings is preferred but not requiredDesignation from IRWA preferred ESPO CorporationLeaders in Technical Recruiting & Staffing since 1965We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value the benefits of diversity in our workforce.
