Work with team members to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the financial planning process, assumptions, and results.Support the implementation of an 18-month rolling forecast across corporations. Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, communication, ongoing monitoring and evaluation of development to aid in decision-making for improved financial performance.Manage the development of and monitoring of financial targets and metrics.Independently completes aspects of the short- and long-term planning and forecasting process.Assisting with the procurement of materials and contract negotiation with vendors.Development of financial strategies: lines of credit, performance analyst, lot takedown rates, etc. Responsible for oversight of all financials including costing, estimating & purchasing.Insurance/Risk Management.Assist in management of Eldon Rentals.Identify and analyze cost-reduction opportunities. Manage and streamline accounts receivable and payable processes.Directly support the COO in business development and modeling.Manage government reporting requirements and compliance. Attend company meetings & training as necessary.Other duties as assigned.ExperienceAdvanced knowledge of data reporting and balance sheet/income statements preferred.Intermediate proficiency with QuickBooks, data record keeping, and oral/written communication skills required. A basic understanding of single family construction is recommended. QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business management required.SalarySalary will be based on experience.
