An open and constructive working atmosphere and the opportunity to contribute ideas characterize us as an employer.These challenges await you:Support the sales strategy given by the Sales Director for the Region and for customers headquartered in the region and ensure deploymentParticipate and contribute actively to the definition of the strategy in the Region by identifying growth opportunities and market conditions.Build and maintain relationships with key sales support departments with the companyDrive sales contribution to the company Mid Term Plan and Budget (Growth, Turnover, Market shares, Order Intake, Price Management) in the Region.Coordinate priorities in the Region for customer's satisfactionManage the relationship with customers in the region, representing SpherosSupport the National Director in their role as the key interface to the regional customers and local authorities.Manage regional communications in crisis situations to ensure that relationships with the customer are not potentially damaged.Identify and meet with key end users in the region to support the sales growth of the primary products within your scope of responsibilityTravel 50+% of the time in the efforts to support sales growth and build/maintain customer relationshipsLet's talk about you...You have a bachelor's degreeYou have 3+ years of sales experience in the bus transportation industryYou have knowledge in the development of presentations and reports to support your sales effortsYou have a valid US PassportGreat technologies are born from passion!Ready to tackle the challenges of the vehicle of the future?
