We also offer essential business support to help estheticians thrive within our community.JOB SUMMARY: SOCIAL MEDIA /EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT The position requires a variety of administrative and social media responsibilities. You will work closely with our Founder to develop a larger media footprint while assisting with day-to-day administrative support. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in both administrative and social media; willing to embrace our KIN values, have outstanding communication and organizational skills; the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment; and the ability to work cohesively with our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES -Provide administrative support to our FounderCompile, compose, and review drafts, memorandums, reports, and correspondence, for public releaseSchedule appointments for virtual and in-person meetingsRespond to and screen calls, emails, and requests of our FounderPlan and coordinate logistics and prepare presentation materials for meetings, trainings, and eventsSubmit project invoices and payables into the agency reporting system, ensuring all payments and reports are completed within established time frames.Ensures filing systems are up-to-date and maintained for effective and efficient useSOCIAL MEDIA DUTIESAct as liaison between our Founder and Marketing to implement, coordinate efforts, and track progress in implementing digital and marketing strategies:Coordinate social media and community managementTrack and report digital/social media usage metrics Manage social media content calendarReview daily calendar and start on the upcoming days and/or weeks Update and post information on digital media including website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, google ads and other relevant platformsCheck gorgias- return or assign messagesCheck instagram both and repost tags. Check all tagged posts and like and respond - throughout the dayCheck discovery calls and assign to affiliate - check throughout the day- Send check up email after call is entered into affiliate program Make story slides for daily social media story postsMake static post or contact our Founder about reelsMake a Pinterest post about Monday blogPost reels to youtubeUpdate and schedule out facebook posts for both groupsCheck both facebook pages- make sure scheduled posts are ready for the dayLike facebook posts/ respond if appropriateHelp with approvals Help update website/products when needed QUALIFICATIONS:REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCESpecialized training and/or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experienceDemonstrated track record of success in providing executive administrative supportProficient computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, virtual meeting platformsProficient in using marketing on-line tools (i.e.Canva, Photoshop, Google Analytics,...)Experience and knowledge of current digital trends and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube), etc.Experience with running email campaigns Preferred experience with non-profit or social servicesSKILLS & ATTRIBUTESStrong written and oral communicationSound planning and organizational abilitiesProactive with ability to self-manage and work autonomously in a fast-paced and changing environmentAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with different deadlinesSkillful in editing and copywriting duties (e.g. for social media posts, comments, digital graphics, ads, etc.)Resourceful, able to solve problems and figure out solutions where there may not be an obvious answer.Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, independent problem solver with excellent follow-up skillsKind, empathetic, and willing to keep an open mind to other ways of accomplishing things.Fun and the ability to laugh with our team and at yourself.
