CNC Machine Operator

Starting at $22 per hour, paid weekly. Higher hourly rate with experience and ability to work an off-shift schedule. Preference given to candidates available Weekend shifts (Fri-Sun 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am). Therefore, we believe strongly in providing opportunities to any team member who wants to take on additional responsibilities and/or learn new skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Operating multiple CNC machining centersReviewing drawings and specificationsRecording part measurementsChanging tools and making adjustments needed to produce quality partsLoading raw stick and unloading partsDESIRED SKILLS:Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CMM reportsProficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection hand toolsAttention to detailStrong communication skillsActive listening skillsSUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:Strong mechanical aptitudeProactive drive to complete tasks with minimal guidanceHunger, humility, and people smartsCommitment to quality workDetermination to solve problems and bring solutionsExperience in a machine shop environmentCOMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:80 hours paid time off your first year and 128 hours your second year.
