In other words, you will become a trusted advisor.ResponsibilitiesMeet new business production goals and objectives as established.Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.Develop and cultivate ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, etc.Earn, and then ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.Maintain knowledge of new products.Be outstanding at relationship building.QualificationsPossess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.Be a fantastic presenter.Career minded vision-development towards Sales Leadership, Agency Management, or even Agency Ownership is possible for the right candidate.Willing to spend 75% or more of time on the phone
