To develop and manage all marketing functions in accordance with the organization's marketing and communications plan. Responsible for ensuring that the products, services, and product lines that fall under their domain resonate with current and potential customers. This position requires flexibility and the ability to take on temporary responsibilities.Duties/Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the marketing staff and activitiesIdentify and develop marketing plans with internal vendorsManager the productivity of the marketing plan and projectsMonitor, review, and report on all marketing activities and resultsDeliver marketing activity within the agreed budgetManage the execution of store-level promotionsAssist with the creation and execution of exciting new promotions to appeal to the target customerManage the CO-OP program by identifying and developing marketing plans with internal vendors and meeting or exceeding the expected annual revenue goals.Maintain and submit monthly CO-OP invoices and reports outlining program performances.Maintain marketing promotions book and assist with the development of all marketing materials, annual reports, advertisements, and other related materialWork closely with the Web Manager to ensure website messaging is consistent with overall marketing and communication objectives.Work with graphic designers, videographers and other vendors to coordinate the development of all creative workContributes to the total effectiveness of the department, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas, and working as a positive, engaged team member.Provide monthly reporting to the Marketing Director, including but not limited to reporting on the status of prioritized marketing and communication activities. Reporting will be both historical and forward-lookingTo manage all aspects of print production, receipt, and distributionCreate and update DTLR Radio digital marketing strategies that will support the organization to achieve its aims as part of the overall marketing activities and plansReview new technologies and keep DTLR Radio at the forefront of developments in digital marketing, including the DTLR Radio AppUse appropriate analytics to measure, evaluate, and report against goals and performance of all DTLR Radio digital marketing activities and plansLead the development of the DTLR Radio website, devising strategies to drive viewership, sales, improve usability, design, content, and conversationLead the development and scheduling of DTLR Radio communications and advertisements on all social platforms and social mediaDevelop and manage DTLR Radio digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels utilizing tools and techniques as appropriate, including e-mail marketing, paid search, SEO and PPCWork with the Marketing & Community Outreach team to create high-quality content for a range of online platforms, which is optimized with brand tone and voiceSchedule, organize, and traffic all Marketing and community outreach events on all social platforms including working with existing subcontractorsWork closely with DTLR Radio Artist Director to create decks and or written communications for all DTLR Radio initiatives and artist-related itemsCreate/Curate Playlist on DTLR Digital PlatformsCreate DTLR Radio Events Recaps and update and manage DTLR Radio AppPerforms related work as required and neededRequired Skills/Abilities: Must be able to prepare and deliver presentations Extensive experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.Superior written and verbal communication skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skillsStrong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectationsProficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,Must be outgoing and passionate about the urban environment in which it is marketedMust demonstrate an ability to think strategically, plan, and organize effectively.Excellent customer service skills in person, on the phone, and in writingComfortable with team-based work structure and, when needed, the ability to work independentlyDemonstrate flexibility on the job and the ability to adapt quickly and react to business needs and changeProven ability to work independently and remotely.Detail-oriented, acute attention to detail, and excellent time management with a strong sense of urgency.Ability to work some Saturdays and evenings.Must be able to maintain an exemplary degree of professionalism in all situations.Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skillsComfortable with team-based work structure and, when needed, the ability to work independentlyAbility to adapt quickly and react to business needs and changeEducation and Experience:BS degree in marketing or 4 years of marketing and/or communications experience.Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand throughout the day. The employee must frequently use hands to finger, handle, feel, talk, or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job may include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception. The incumbent must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
