The ideal candidate for our Content Development and Engagement Writer role will possess exceptional written communication skills, experience in content development in the fund management industry, and a passion for creating narratives that are read by other industry professionals.This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our leadership and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive audience engagement with lively narrative-driven content. As you will be part of our team, this role requires availability during US Eastern Time business hours. Compensation is competitive.Key responsibilities:· Create/write high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, email campaigns, social media posts and newsletters.· Collaborate with sales team to research prospective institutional financial clients and investors to develop custom messaging and engagement.· Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.· Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with our target audience industry professionals and enhance brand awareness.· Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.· Stay up-to-date with fund management industry trends and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.· This role could expand to a full-time role for the right person.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree.· At least 1 year of experience in content development, writing, or a related role.· Excellent writing, storytelling and narrative development skills in a marketing and sales context.· Financial industry writing experience.· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.· Experience with sales and marketing tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, social media, CRM).· Strong attention to detail; so much so that you'll include Markin Junior Content Development and Engagement Writer in the subject line of your email application.To apply, send a resume and at least 5 samples of your work (e.g., blogs, newsletters, social posts that you have written) to info@.
