We act as a high-touch agency, managing the growth of marketing channels, and as a consultancy, advising across all aspects of our client's customer acquisition program. We are ultimately responsible for our client's digital marketing investment and the growth of their customer acquisition program.The upside and growth potential is real, and we are committed to investing in the development of our team. We are experts in all customer acquisition channels, and we aim to provide better service and more strategic multi-channel guidance than other agencies. The channels we own most frequently are FB/IG, Google Search, YouTube, Google Shopping, Affiliate & Display marketing.RoleWe are looking for a Paid Media Marketing Manager with 6+ years of experience. This team member will be responsible for managing the customer acquisition strategies, execution & optimizations across Paid Search & Paid Social. This candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Facebook Ads Manager &/or Google Ads.Requirements:6+ years of experience in digital marketingPrior agency experience preferredHands-on experience managing & executing Paid Search campaigns & Facebook campaignsUnderstanding of social media optimizationWorking knowledge of digital conversion rate optimization methods such as A/B and multivariate testingExperience leveraging Google Analytics or other platforms to analyze site-analytics & user behaviorComfortable with Excel (Pivot Tables, vlookups, formula creation)High analytical and data interpretation skillsFamiliar with financial planning and strategyExcellent attention to detailStrong oral and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionWorking Knowledge of HTML, a plusCreative development experience is a huge plusA Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics encouragedResponsibilities:Develop & update daily, weekly, and monthly reports/presentations for each respective clientMeasure and report performance across all digital marketing campaigns and assess performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)Develop and monitor campaign budgetsLaunch, manage & optimize campaigns on (but not limited too) Facebook/Instagram, Google & BingResearch, source, and manage creative assets for their respective marketing campaignsLaunch A/B & multivariate tests across creatives and landing pagesOwn the end to end development of strategy & executionManage client relationships Core Competencies:Ensure quality work with customer focus in mind.
