Job Title: Field Engineering SpecialistLocation: Knoxville, TNStart Date: 11/18/2024 or 12/02/2024Duration:12mo contract with potential to be fully extendedResponsibilities:-Background in mechanical/system hardware experience-This role is diagnosing and troubleshooting machinery/hardware using established procedures-Determines cost effective repair/resolutions to minimize customer downtime-Provides feedback and documents product failure trends and service ability issues-Responsible for ensuring and maximizing customer satisfaction with equipment and related products-Identifies revenue generating and cost saving opportunities.-Maintains expenses within departmental guidelines and controls inventory and all company propertyMinimum Qualifications:-High school diploma and 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training or work experienceOR-Bachelor's degree in a Biomedical field-2-5 years of progressive experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software-Effective communication skills, helpful customer interaction, and organizationally sound
