Civil EngineeringCurrent registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of CaliforniaBackground in heavy civil (grading, land development)Experience with design and construction of underground utility systems (pipeline installation)Experience with construction administrationExperience with civil grading designWorking knowledge of standards and codes applicable to civil utility systemsOperational experience or background in standards development or plan reviewPreferred: Experience with data management and editing in Esri ArcGIS
