Position: Senior Client Account Billing Specialist (Global Law Firm)Company: AM 100 Law (Hybrid)Comp Package: Base to $100K, Paid Overtime, Tuition Reimbursement, Full Benefits, Bonus, 401K+, etc.Responsibilities for Senior Client Billing Specialist (Global Law Firm):Handle complex billing and client analysis projectsUnderstands and responds to inquiries and requests made by clients, attorneys and support staffAbility to formulate strong work team relationships both internally and externallyPrepare bills and internal forms including appropriate back-up required to process monthly reminder memos, A/R write-offs, retainer and on-account applications, etcHandle assigned partner(s) billing and collection activityHandle time/cost transfers; investigate appropriateness of where entries should be billedTrack status of bills submitted, identify issues, and work to address rejections and reductions as they ariseProvide assistance to partners and clients regarding outstanding and/or short paid invoicesQualifications for Senior Client Account Billing Specialist (Global Law Firm):Bachelor's Degree required3+ years of billing experience within a law firm requiredAderant, 3E or Elite a plusPossess outstanding interpersonal skills in order to work effectively within a team environment, as well as independentlyAbility to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced, highly demanding environmentMS Office with emphasis on Word and Excel
