Primary FunctionWe are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Communications Specialist to join our growing team in Falls Church, VA. This full-time role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking. The ideal candidate will focus heavily on creating marketing decks, collateral, and materials for both internal and external communications. In addition to supporting multi-channel marketing initiatives, this role will collaborate with departments to drive engagement and enhance brand messaging. If you're a creative problem-solver with a passion for effective communication, we'd love to meet you.The prospective candidate would report directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications.Salary: $75k negotiable Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality, creative presentations for our sales team and executive leaders that aligns with brand guidelines and templates while supporting the process with a strategic mindset to effectively communicate objectives and convey process though design elementsCollaborate with operations teams on marketing collateral needed for their clients including presentations, process documentations, talent communications and engagementsCollaborate with our onsite and operational teams by creating content that fosters employee engagement, promotes key initiatives, and conveys important organizational messages in the forms of social posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and moreSupport our social media strategy by assisting with content creation, scheduling, and engagement utilizing Canva and Hubspot as well as natively on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X. Help track performance, provide insights for optimization, and fuel our content engine with relevant, meaningful, and creative content for our audiencesAssist with execution of integrated marketing campaigns towards prospecting, talent acquisition, client retention, and promotional/industry eventsSupport marketing operations and data management though Hubspot to ensure streamlined operations and efficient marketing efforts that support our sales teamAssist with ad hoc marketing projects such as blog writing, website updates, digital advertising, events calendar and perform other marketing-related duties as neededSkills & QualificationsA creative mindset with a strong passion for marketing, communications, and social media, and a deep understanding of best practices and current trends.A desire to grow with the company and take on new challenges, demonstrating initiative and dedication to professional development.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work overtime to meet deadlines.Strong skills in creating polished marketing decks, presentations, and other promotional materials.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Expertise in Canva or equivalent graphic design tools/platforms for creating marketing content, including presentations, social media graphics, one-sheets, and websites.Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote).Familiarity with SEO, online advertising (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), web analytics, and digital marketing tools.Expertise in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional marketing roles, with a focus on creating marketing collateral and integrated communications.Diversity Inclusion & Customer Service StatementTeamPeople, a division of System One, is an organization dedicated to providing superior customer service.
