Email Marketing Specialist

Adecco Creative & Marketing is recruiting a motivated self-starter to join our clients Digital Marketing email team. In this role, you'll support email and digital initiatives by creating engaging email content, writing briefs, and developing creative. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Assist in developing email and digital content based on business needs and sales performance.Collaborate with the Email Supervisor and Media Performance team to produce weekly email campaigns that are on-brand and drive traffic to both site and store.Provide guidance and support to the team's student co-op.Manage creative calendars, organize email assets, maintain weekly documents, and perform QA checks for accuracy.Write strategic, clear briefs and provide direct feedback on creative work.Stay updated on competitive email trends and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.1-2 years of brand marketing experience; email experience is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on brief writing and creative review.Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across teams.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.Adaptable and quick-thinking, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills.Open to remote candidates - prefer candidates local to Framingham, MA.
