Who's Next by NEXT launched in WWD here:just launched formally this month, the subcompany to NEXT is growing rapidly, and ready to expand the current team. We act as both agent and manager to the talents. You can see some of the talent: available: Senior Manager-Agent Junior Manager-Agent Location: Ideally be in New York City or LA -Starting off in office, except for Fridays. Eventually remote, besides as needed. Compensation varies in position Responsibilities of a Manager/Agent: Work in close partnership with the co-founder and creative director, Andrew Warren, to disseminate information to the team and talents. Work on overall business strategy with him and execute it with the who's NEXT talent team. Have strong agency connections, for partnerships for the talent Be able to work well with talent, managing and agenting them Work alongside the modeling board, for the talents who are 360 Providing a touch base and recap structure with talent and team Be a point person to top talent that bring in exceptional revenue. Able to be a senior or junior manager/agent. Be able to be on new talent calls and grow relationships with existing talent. Develop deal flow structure Know how to do talent pitches, help assist team do them. Manage partnerships from start to completion. Work in partnership with the Communications team on brand image strategy for said talent. Help with organization for backend - contracts, invoices, website and social. Coordinating with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for talents Leading budget planning and forecasting to ensure financial stability and growth and monitoring industry trends to provide strategic financial insights Engaging in professional development to keep up-to-date with the latest financial and general regulations and best practices Connecting with Finance team and creating and maintaining detailed financial records and ensuring their accuracy Providing mentorship and support to lower down team members Coordinating with the legal team to ensure all financial contracts are legally sound Know how to redline basic creator/talent contracts QualificationsQualifications for either role:3-6 years of experiences in agenting/managing talent, and/or sales in the creator space. History in the creator space, and proof of talent partnership work. Ideally this would be a talent agent experience, over manager. Open to people with work history with VIP/Celeb, PR, and Marketing as well. Know how to both manage and agent talent Great communication skills Extremely organized Rolodex of contacts and connections in the industry Extremely familiar Know how to use Gmail, Outlook, and proper systems for CRM and other needs to the company Benefits: 401k, Healthcare, Dental, PTO, WFH Fridays to start leading into hybrid remote Laptops and other needs provided with job
