The Community Association Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing community relationships, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with association policies and regulations.QualificationsCommunity Association Management experienceWorking as a team with the Board of DirectorsExperience in managing community relationships and coordinating maintenance, repairs and capital improvementsKnowledge of association policies and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExperience with budget management and financial reportingA Georgia license as a Community Association Manager or Real Estate Salesperson is mandatory to fulfill this role.
