We are a new and dynamic company in the NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) space, and we're looking for someone fresh out of college with a passion for sports and a knack for social media. We are looking for someone who can work 20-30 hours a week, mostly remote.About the Role:We're searching for someone with a driven mindset who can bring new ideas and take MyPlayer's social media presence to the next level. Check out our current socials at @myplayerathlete on Instagram, and see where we are. Now, we need you to help us grow our presence on Reels, TikTok, Instagram Stories, Snapchat, and Facebook. Your mission will be to reach more athletes, increase sign-ups, and grow the MyPlayer brandResponsibilities:Create and implement a social media calendarManage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat).Develop new strategies to recruit more athletes to the MyPlayer platform.Create and manage viral video contentEngage with followers by commenting and interacting on all platforms.Lead social media campaigns from start to finish.Take full ownership of MyPlayer's social media strategyPresent a growth plan on day one and continuously scale the brand.What We're Looking For:Recent college graduate with a passion for sports and a desire to work in the sports industry.Creativity and a strong understanding of how to create viral contentProven ability to manage multiple social media accounts and engage with audiences.Someone who's excited to work in a fast-paced, growing company
