Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Junior Business Administrator (Sales & Contractsfor our client in the retail energy sector. This hybrid role offers the ability to work with a large footprint of customers and the chance to join a company with a great culture. Leverage your experience in sales support to assist account executives in streamlining business processes and systems. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and efficient handling of account information, proposals, and contracts to drive business growth.Responsibilities:Collect and verify power and natural gas customer and usage informationEnsure accurate deal structure of power, natural gas, and other product offeringsAccurately price and understand product offerings to prepare proposals and contractsCreate proposals and contracts for power and natural gas customersMaintain SLA productivity targets in managing deal setups and delivering RFPs on timeGenerate and review contracts for various product offeringsAssist in contract renewal effortsAdjudicate and approve credit for small customers via utility invoice review and internal pay history reviewProvide expertise in the use of CRM and pricing systems, and assist in execution of process and system changesAssist in the development of Request for Proposal response packagesQualifications:Experience with Sales ContractsHigh School Diploma, or equivalentBachelor's Degree in Business, a plusMust be willing to commute to office for training.Experience working in an administrative and/or sales support roleProficiency in CRM and pricing systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesWant to be notified of similar positions?
