We are collaborating with a law firm in LA representing employees and employers throughout California in various employment law matters. This firm has a proven track record of success in employment law, having recovered millions of dollars in both individual and class action lawsuits.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in employment litigation matters, including individual and class action cases.Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys on a variety of cases, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and more.Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in trial preparation.Provide clients with sound legal advice and ensure their rights are protected throughout the legal process.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.2+ years of experience in employment litigation.Strong litigation skills, including experience in all phases of discovery and trial.They have extremely competitive compensation packages with base salaries ranging from 140-200k + bonuses.
