Help Desk

Our client is seeking an individual with a technical background to join their team to provide help desk support. In this position, you will provides first level IT support for all end-users with excellent customer service skills. You will write tickets and resolve hardware/software/systems issues.REQUIREMENTS:Customer Service - Confident and professional, helpful and willing to resolve and do what's needed to help the customer out, figuring out how to get issues resolved; excellent verbal communication will set them apartReimaging experience- stores don't use registers, so when they do for the holidays it needs reimagedGeneral IT experience or degreeNice to haves:Jira or expeirence with other ticketing systemsStore related issues, independently troubleshooting and ensuring registers run on desktopsExperience with Login errorsPOS experience is ideal This position requires candidates to be local to Pittsburgh, PA and may require work on weekends.Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
