Lead Electrical Engineer

Title: Electrical EngineerSummary:Electrical and controls support for projects and equipment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes the followingSupport Engineering group (product, project, process, plant engineering) with electrical and controls engineeringElectrical support for set-up (AMS/Programming)Lead for automation projects (line optimization/Continuous Improvement)Hands-on support for future projects (welding, automation, controls, etc.)Support for troubleshooting electrical issues on existing equipment/projectsProposing controls upgrade projects to rationalize productionIdentify, resolve, and escalate issues that may impact objectivesOther duties as assignedQualification Requirements: Education and/or Experience: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology. Exposure to electrical field work and managing electrical contractorsSkills: Microsoft Office, MS ProjectPLC/Programming ExperienceAMS ExperiencePhysical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, sit for long periods.
