Legal Assistant / Paralegal

Our Client in Turnersville, NJ is seeking a legal professional with Plaintiff Personal Injury experience to support their Attorney! This position will can have Full Time and Part Time hours depending on the work load of active cases. This position offers $25+ per hour based on experience.This position is ongoing temporary for about 6+ months, with the potential to be longer based on the firm's needs.The ideal candidate will be very organized, have a high attention to detail, and strong proof reading skills. Job Duties:Assist Attorneys with open personal injury cases including nursing home and automotive claimsAnswer phonesFiling, documenting, and managing case informationCommunicating with Clients, Businesses, Doctor's offices, and Insurance companies for case informationPreparing motions, drafting letters, mailing important documents Additional legal support duties as needed Requirements:Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm experience requiredExperience with NJ courts and motion practice requiredExperience with nursing homes claims, and automotive claims highly preferred!Proficient with MS Office Suite and internet based court websitesAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentialitySince 1972 J & J Staffing Resources has specialized in finding great jobs for great people.
