Project Manager - Design and Visual

Pardgroup is multinational field marketing and retail services agency, with offices in Italy, Spain, US, UAE, and the UK. We are looking for a candidate to join our New York office.We are looking for a talented Industrial Designer/Project Manager with great technical and drawing skills combined with interpersonal and organizational abilities. A constant positive attitude is an essential quality together with the capacity to work well in team, deliver project in time and goal oriented.Responsibilities Liaising with existing and potential clients and attending site meetingsOversee all aspects of client portfolio including tendering, retention and account managementDevelop all technical drawings and solutionsProject delivery including sourcing bespoke productionSite management and co-ordination of suppliers and sub-contractorsBudget control and reportingOrganising and managing programmes of works and install schedulesDeveloping and maintaining sub-contractor and supplier relationshipsPreparation of H&S documentationRequired Skills Previous experience in similar role and within the same fieldBespoke production experience - Windows, Pop ups, events & exhibitionsSite project management experienceProduction and quality control experienceExperience in on-site health and safetyExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills in relation to managing sub-contractors and multiple clientsAn ability to foresee potential issues and solve problems on a daily basisIT skills in particular 2D and 3D drawing (Autocad, Rhino) and understanding of technical plansPositive outlook and attitudeThe ability to multitask and to work under pressure, sometimes to tight timescales and using own initiative
