We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative who possesses a solid understanding of commercial lines insurance coverage.Job Description:As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing our clients' commercial insurance needs. You will work with both admitted and non-admitted carriers, ensuring comprehensive coverage for our clients while maintaining strong relationships.Key Responsibilities:Manage a large, established book of business, handling both new and renewal accounts.Conduct thorough coverage reviews and process endorsements as necessary.Review insurance contracts for accuracy and compliance.Prepare and complete certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.Collaborate with team members to support sales efforts and drive agency revenue.Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.Retain all accounts assigned, focusing on client satisfaction and account retention.Utilize problem-solving techniques to address issues related to cancellations, claims, renewals, audits, receivables, and carrier concerns.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and agency policies.Qualifications:Proven experience in commercial lines insurance, with familiarity in multiple coverage lines.Experience in a client-facing role, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license.Experience in a brokerage setting is preferred.
