Saul Company and Affiliates at the historic Kennedy Warren property in Washington D.C.Under the direction of the Chief Engineer, the Lead Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the property and providing superior customer service to all residents.Job Description The Lead Engineer is responsible for performing various tasks including Central Plant Operations, split system heat pump repairs, building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning and other duties as assigned. This position will also be a mentor to our Apprentice Engineers.Attendance is essential to this position. The community is open 24/7, weekend work or overnight hours may be expected. RequirementsYou will need five or more years of engineering experience and your DC 3rd class operating license and your CFC Universal certified pool operator's license with strong customer service skills and a high school diploma.
