Key Responsibilities:Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients using a range of channels such as cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and objectives and offering customized digital solutions.Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline and track key sales activities to ensure a steady flow of prospects and active engagement.Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to educate clients on the benefits of digital solutions, including Website Development, PPC, and SEO, while aligning with their business goals.Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met throughout the sales process.Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales metrics, including leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue targets, to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Requirements:Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or related services.Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads through cold outreach, networking, social media, and referrals.Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of Website Development, PPC advertising, SEO, and how these services contribute to clients' business growth.Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, set and achieve ambitious sales targets, and maintain high energy and motivation.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and proposals.Adaptability: Flexibility and creativity in addressing client needs and adapting sales strategies to evolving market trends.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience with CRM systems for managing sales activities and client relationships.Previous experience in selling digital marketing solutions (e.g., Website Development, PPC, SEO).
