Warehouse Logistics ManagerReports to Director of Operations/COOWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Manager to join a fast-growing consumer products company. This key leadership position will oversee all aspects of in-house warehouse operations and third-party logistics providers. Will have complete responsibility for inventory management, and logistics, demand planning and forecasting (working with demand planners) while managing a diverse team of warehouse personnel, supervisors, and demand planners.Direct Reports5 Warehouse Operations Staff (Forklift Operators, Material Handlers)2 Warehouse Supervisors managing 20 pick, pack, and pull team members2 Remote Inventory Demand PlannersResponsible forLead and develop a team of direct and indirect reports across warehouse operationsDevelop and maintain SOPs for all warehouse operationsDirect inventory control processes and cycle counting programsCollaborate with demand planners to optimize inventory levelsImplement inventory forecasting strategies to prevent stock outs and overstock situationsOversee inbound and outbound logistics operationsManage carrier relationships and negotiate contractsMaintain accuracy of inventory records in ERP systemEstablish performance metrics and KPIs for all team membersConduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching/mentoringEnsure proper staffing levels and scheduling to meet operational demandsOversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shippingOptimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiencyEnsure quality control standards are met for all outbound shipmentsMaintain equipment standards and maintain safety protocols and compliance standardsGenerate and analyze operational reports and metricsImplement continuous improvement initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics management2 + years of team management experienceProven experience with warehouse ERP systemsStrong understanding of inventory management and demand planning principlesExcellence in MS Office Suite, particularly ExcelLive in the Los Angeles area. APICS, CSCP, or similar certification a plus
