They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SeniorAccounting Manager to join their growing accounting team.SeniorAccounting Manager Responsibilities:Manage and train a team of accountants, including hiring, onboarding and performance evaluationsOversee and manage the accounting department's operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reportingPrepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statementsDevelop and implement accounting policies and procedures to maintain compliance with GAAP and other relevant regulationsCoordinate audits and tax returns with external professionalsCollaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and support decision-makingIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracySeniorAccounting Manager Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance5+ years of experience as an accounting managerExperience managing a team of AccountantsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Great Plains, Dynamics)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
