This leadership role involves overseeing project management, talent development, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.Qualifications:10+ years in heavy industrial electrical construction, data center, and instrumentation projects (union environment)5+ years in operations management with P&L responsibility ($125M+)Strong expertise in construction management, program/account management, and contract negotiationProven track record of business growth and strategic planningTechnical business-related degree or equivalent experienceResponsibilities:Report directly to the PresidentCollaborate with corporate and operating units to enhance market strategy and shareManage financial reviews and project assessmentsLead employee performance and succession planning
