Fiscal Director

Seton Hill Child Services is currently seeking a Fiscal Director for our nonprofit agency in Greensburg, PA that provides support to children aged six weeks thru 12 years old at 6 sites. The agency has multiple Head Start program products, as well as state and private funding. The Fiscal Director reports directly to the Executive Director. The agency is governed by a Board of Directors and a Parent Policy Council.Health, safety, nutrition, self-help skills, education, parent involvement, and the availability of social services are all essential aspects of a quality childcare program. At Seton Hill Child Services, you will find all of these, along with a quality group experience in a loving, accepting environment.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in one or more of the following areas:Finance/AccountingBusiness AdministrationFiscal ManagementRelated FieldPreferred CPAWork experience will include a minimum of 3-5 years:Experience in grants managementExperience in grant writing and grant applicationFiscal and budgetary experience with creating, executing, and revising a budgetExperience in strategic and long-term planningExperience with advisory boards or leadership groupsExperience with team management and supervisory skillsExperience with audits and record keepingMaintain general ledger and prepare financial statementsExperience with payroll systems (ADP) and processing payrollThe salary range is $65,000-$75,000 annually.
