We have partnered with a leading retail wholesaler known for their commitment to delivering outstanding service to their customers. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and inspire our client's customer service team. This role will be responsible for overseeing a team of up to 15 customer service representatives, with a focus on driving results, managing KPIs and ensuring exceptional service levels.
