HR Services Analyst - North America New York City (4 days on-site) Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 + Bonus Position Overview:Join a dynamic reinsurance firm as a key member of the Human Resources team, supporting essential HR functions and optimizing HR operations. In this role, you'll manage a range of HR processes, including onboarding, compliance, data management, and documentation, ensuring a legally compliant and efficient HR environment that supports employees across North America. Responsibilities:Support the HR team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth, efficient operations. Manage HR records and documents, maintaining a well-organized and accessible archive. Facilitate positive onboarding experiences for new hires and manage offboarding processes, including documentation and systems access. Maintain and update employee records with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality; use Workday to streamline data input and retrieval. Identify opportunities to enhance HR workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. Conduct regular audits and ensure HR processes align with legal requirements in supported countries. Generate HR reports using Workday, analyze trends, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making. Create, update, and maintain HR policies and documentation, ensuring compliance with evolving employment laws and standards. Train HR team members on Workday usage and manage support requests received through the Workday support mailbox. Qualifications:Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a strong interest in pursuing one. Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. Proficiency with HRIS, ideally Workday, and familiarity with MS Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to achieving HR and business goals. A customer-focused, employee experience-oriented mindset.
