MS Shift is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team! The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating all HR operations. Additionally, you will play an essential role in ensuring the company reaches our expansion plans through hiring and onboarding new employees.Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screenings, interviewing, and onboarding.Develop and implement employee hiring, onboarding, and training.Oversee and facilitate all hiring initiatives such as processing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.Develop and implement a structure to ensure new hires are integrating well into the team.Manage employee benefits such as healthcare and 401K.Assist in the development and enforcement of all new and existing company policies.Maintain the record keeping of all employee data.Perform related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.SHRM - CP or SHRM - SCP is a plus.3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.2+ years of experience supporting functions in a SaaS/tech industry.Experience in recruiting and onboarding is a plus.Experience maintaining employee files, databases, employment law, and administrative skills.Must be able to confidentially handle sensitive information, including individual performance reviews, background checks, and potential work issues.Strong interest in enhancing working knowledge of the Human Resources discipline, becoming fully aware and informed of current trends, developments, and changes in the sub-industry.Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
